Carrie is adorably excited to explain how she has been drawing, painting and eating crayons since she was 2 years old!! And now, she proudly teaches paint night for Yaymaker, and has been commissioned for murals, fine art pieces, paintings and tattoo sketches. She actively express's creativity daily by sketching or painting. Carrie is always seeking out creation // art in new ways, recently getting into wood burning. Using writing and reading as a tool to clear her mind, as well as being in nature. Rex, her sweet doggo companion usually travels with her, he is a rescue she adopted when volunteering at a shelter. Carrie has worked with flowers for most of her life. Floral design is in her blood as she is the 4th generation to be involved with the floral industry. Malkmes Florist, is her families business, they have been decorating weddings and helping to celebrate our communities special days for over 100 years. Currently Carrie is actively seeking a tattoo apprenticeship. And she just landed the perfect teaching job to further advance her carrier in the arts!
