She is the founder of Heart Soul, Heal Soak - a Restorative Practice that creates heart to heart, soul to soul connections thought the use of Expressive Arts and Musical Vibration that resonates with the inner heart.
Currently pursuing a Degree in Expressive Art Therapy, this will take her practice to a whole new level! Elizabeth Loves the holistic reality, where all facets of who we are is seen, heard, and acknowledged. In these uncertain times, with the hightened space of isolation and social distancing she offers her clients a contactless experience using tools such as video sessions, txt support, email, and phone call sessions.
Beyond this, Elizabeth is a visual artist. Creating abstract emotional works of art, beholders of her work have felt their own emotions spark. She offers one of a kind custom expressive emotion art pieces and works on a sliding scale commission. Further than that, the one thing Elizabeth is most passionate about is sharing the spontaneous songs that shift the vibrational frequency of any atmosphere. She offers music session that are recorded on a device to capture her in the moment spontaneous expression, and is available to create these for her clients to delight in her healing sound. With all these things Elizabeth does she's also a Creator of Fashion. She uses hand sewing and machine sewing techniques. Her focus is recycling clothes and loves taking the old into the new.
