Shortly after beginning her practice, she quit smoking cigarettes and decided she would one day become a teacher. Since 'god' or 'spirit' was always part of her life she began reaching out further, reading into authors such as Doreen Virtue, cleaning up her local woods and things like this. Her introspective nature and desire to help people kept pulling her forward. She seemed to be intuitively guiding and healing her hair clients at this point and with some direction from her Doreen Virtue books, in 2010 she decided to get into Reiki. This was amazing work for Stephanie, something she felt she truly was gifted with. In 2016 she finally began to teach, completing her course with YogaFit. Starting out small, on her front lawn and at her local dance studio, eventually by 2017 she worked her way into LaFitness then MedWell Spa, along with many other great Long Island studios. Currently Stephanie is a free lance artist and teacher, able to come to you for your Health and Beauty needs!

   In her reiki practice and restorative classes her students have complemented her and sent her love in such beautiful ways such as "In my meditations today, I hoped you would receive all the love you give out" and the funny thing is, that day, each one of her students said the same thing. They had all unknowingly turned there practice toward her upon there own unified spiritual consent. And not long after that day, she would say her self that she was directed toward her soul mate and current life partner.

   Loving to gift people with the understanding that they are capable of anything, on the mat or otherwise. This life way is fully in her heart, from such a young age she admired her mother and her grandmothers faith and began to combine the christian path of Jesus with the teachings of Buddha only to find her self here, now, at 28 combining the beauty and art of cosmetology with the sacred practice's of yoga and healing.
