Welcome :)
I want to share three very important words with you…
White Pine Tea.
This simple, widely found pine tree (especially on Long Island and the entire northeastern coast of the United States) is (dare I say it) the antidote for the spike protein hazard that we’re currently facing. It contains several ingredients that naturally protect our cells while providing immense health benefits to our bodies.
White pine has two very important ingredients in it which are Shikimic Acid and Suramin. This information is like gold for those of us who are unvax’ed and are interested in protecting against viral shedding from those who did get the vaccine. These ingredients naturally treat influenza viruses and reduce blood clots, respectively. Suramin also prevents heart problems, regulates the menstrual cycle of women who’ve been affected by the spike protein, and inhibits inappropriate replication and modification of RNA/DNA (boom!).
White Pine Tea is the key to protecting our cells, reproductive systems, circulation, respiratory systems and so much more! These pine needles have been used for thousands of years by the Native Americans to treat lung issues, viral illnesses and countless other ailments. A summary of potent healing benefits from this herb include anti-viral, anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-thrombotic (reduces formation of blood clots) and vasodilatory actions (Park, 1) and so much more!
If you can’t get your hands on White Pine, there are two other foods that contain Suramin which are Star Anise and Fennel seed. They do contain higher levels of Suramin than any other foods however, not as much as the White Pine needles. I also caution against consuming too much star anise and fennel as they can become counterproductive.
This is a critical moment in human history for the need to stand up for the health and wellness of ourselves and that of humanity. Arming ourselves with knowledge and wisdom from our ancestors will help us stay healthy and protected from the ill-intent of others.
I recommend familiarizing yourself with local trees and offerings from nature within our own backyards as well as conducting thorough research on what to consume straight from the woods. Once aware, there’s usually some pretty shocking life-saving herbs at our disposal. Realizing that there’s such an abundance of offerings can fill one up with immense gratitude to the Universal Divine. As we venture through the galaxy into higher vibrations of living, the veil is thinning just enough for us to acknowledge such beautiful offerings, exactly when we need them the most!
How to make White Pine Tea
Ingredients:
White Pine Tree needles (preferably collected from forest-like areas, away from any chemical sprays or exhaust fumes from cars or purchased from trust-worthy, knowledgeable companies)
Directions:
Bring filtered water to a slight boil then bring down to low heat. Add a hefty pinchful of needles to the water, dab with spoon to fully submerge needles then cover with lid. Set a timer for 15 minutes, then strain into your favorite mug.
Notes:
For best results, let needles simmer in water until they end up floating more toward the bottom of the pot. This usually ends up being anywhere from 10-20 minutes, depending on how many needles were added to the water.
Also, you may notice your tea water becomes pinkish in color despite the needles being green but this is completely normal. You’ve successfully extracted the beneficial parts of the herb into the water..enjoy!
