What I learned in Salem from Jodi B Bakes

Are you ready!!??

I learned that you can have your tofu and a bagel too!! I can‘t believe all this time I have been eating my tofu scramble with out a toasted bagel!! They say every trip away from home teaches you something.. Now that we’ve been to Salem all I can think of is Jodi Bee Bakes and her awesome breakfast sandwich.. So much so, that I went to our local cafe called Toast in Port Jeff Village and got there tofu scramble (which is in fact chunked and not scrambled, soo 💁🏼‍♀️ What Ever) any way when I got there I couldn’t believe there was an option for a bagel on the side 🤷🏽‍♀️ How I didn’t know that or see that all these years going there is beyond me:: but I am super happy with my new breakfast sandwhich option in my life.. really it’s been too long as a vegan, for me, since I’ve had this kind of option.. Unfortunately I’m on Long Island and nothing out here compares to the lovely fresh breakfast menu of Jodi Bee Bakes <3 thank you for being a part of my vacation that I will seriously never forget and for honestly changing a part of my life forever 💐 it really is the little things.. but when I think of it again, breakfast and food is such a big thing, it is so important to enjoy it and to really love what you are eating. We need more places in the world that taste and feel like Jodi bee Bakes 💫 forever grateful and inspired and for certain coming back!
